September 29

Shame on me! I haven't been in here for a while and now I am back because this morning I gobbled down 3 pieces of lay's. The lay's that has been lying down on that dang chair all morning!!:( So, guilty as I am, I will spend 30mins on the treadmill today..

So I now weigh 150lbs. (As of yesterday). And from the last official weigh-in I was 152lbs. That was pretty cool and I feel healthy and lighter. 20 more lbs. and I will be soooo happy and ready to flaunt my curves again!:D

Will not cheat again!! PROMISE!!:(

This morning I swam, 16 laps!

Had egg with veggie for lunch, cheese and veggie for lunch and chicken with veggies for dinner..

Will do blood test tomorrow. It's my 1st month on Cohen's!!:)

So what did I eat for lunch? Hmm... Beef and Veggies then Cheese and veggies for dinner. I had egg with veggies for breakfast!:)

I just had my swimming class and now I am starving- Really starving!! I am going to the grocery now to buy some veggies, and I am tired, so I'll just have veggies and cheese for lunch and chicken or fish for dinner. Will also get some ripe mangos! Really starving!!!! Off to grocery! Ciao!

September 20

I got an email from Barbra she was asking me, "How are you? Are you keeping up on the diet?" I said, "Yes, but I am stuck at 153. something after a week in 155 lbs." I am still waiting for her email.

Barbra is my consultant from the Cohen's. So, as you can see, I am getting all the support that I need.

SO what's the point? Er, to keep me motivated?  ---- Blank----

September 19

Well today is one of the hardest day for me.. Sunday!!!

I cooked my family breakfast, bacon and egg with pancakes and coffee for Dennis, and Hotdog with Pancake and a freshly squeezed orange juice for my Joan while I am having an egg omelette with pechay... The smell of the bacon, the pancake and the hotdog is burning to my throat..:(

After breakfast, we drove to Sta. Rosa for fun. Yea it WAS fun then came lunch...

...Itallianis is full so we decided to eat at Conti's. I had a sandwich without eating the bread and salad without pouring the dressing, while Joan had Parmesan Crusted Fish Fillet and Dennis Linguini Pasta... Since it is Conti's the next is expected. The two ordered Bananalicious cake while there I am, sitting and staring...

The worst part came during the dinner. We ate at a friend's house. They serve Cheese, bread, pasta, grilled chicken, curry, GRILLED STEAK AND WINE. Such a pain that I can only taste one! I can't have 2 proteins at a time, so I had to choose between chicken and beef in which of course, I chose the latter. Another thing is that, I cannot drink wine, and Beef is supposed to be eaten with Wine. ARGH!!:( Did I tell you that I was once an alcoholic? Can you imagine what it is like for me? Dang! If I loose all these fats, I won't allow myself to gain again! I'd rather drink than have my dinner..:(

So if you're thinking that gaining 2 lbs. is okay, better think again. Because 2 lbs. this month and 2lbs. the next month will accumulate and the result will be 24lbs. in one year!!

Hi there! I went to MOA with Cindy last night and we had dinner at Italiannis. I order chicken sicilian salad and asked them not to mix the dressing on the salad.:)

Yesterday, I also swam, I skipped gym though.

On Tuesday my official swimming class will begin together with my daughter.:D

Ya yah I know. I missed 2 days. I am going to defend myself, I had to work my fat a** out. I've been hitting the gym for days now, and I have been swimming, EVERYDAY for almost a week now. So that's the reason for my AWOL.

Still in 155lbs though...:( Am I doing something wrong? Losing my patience and confidence. I will up a blood test again on the 24th.:(

Menu for today:
Egg and veggies for breakfast.
Cheese with veggies for lunch.
Chicken and veggies for dinner.

I had half Apple and half mango.
I had one cracker.
I had 2 green tea's.

Work out for today:
20mins. on the threadmill
30 mins on the pool.

Hey there! Good news!:) I've swam twice today -- I need to accompany my daughter to the pool, by doing so, I was also pushed practice my rusted swimming capabilities.
I also signed up to use the treadmill tomorrow morning! Isn't cool? Haha! The old LAZY me is now evolving. *grinning*

So, I weighed my self earlier and was shocked to see that I now weigh 152lbs...:) Thank God!:)

I am wondering why I am stuck at 155.something lbs? Er, yes, I cheated yesterday, unconsciously though, so, I don't really think it counts. I ate dinner 1 hour before I was supposed to eat my dinner, and this is what it cost me. Dang! Dang! Dang!

First first "cheat".

I had my dinner at 7pm when I should have it at 8:30PM.:( I was so aroused that they are serving me salad that I didn't think ill of it...:(

I had breakfast yesterday at a restaurant, I ordered one hard boiled egg plus veggies, I ate one half tomato at 4 pieces of mushroom which they grilled. I hope it's not considered cheating. It was held around 10AM until 10:30Am.

Therefore I had my lunch at 3:30PM (Fish and veggies), and dinner at 8:30PM. I think I am not loosing any these days.:( I wonder why is it?

First rule I promise to do. DO NOT WEIGH YOUR SELF EVERYDAY!

Haha! It is depressing to know that my weight loss is slowing down, yea, but I know that I shouldn't because I already lost 11lbs. and that it is not always the weighing scale that indicates if we lose weight or not, it is the inches off your body. I know that and I should keep that in mind. LMAO.

Back to the normal breakfast, I had yogurt with orange.:) Maybe I'll have chicken for lunch and beef for dinner. *again*

You notice that I do not eat fish much, it is because I don't like tuna. I am allergic to prawns, shrimps, crabs etc etc. I don't know what flounder fish is, so I am stuck with Tilapia and our yaya keeps on stealing my Tilapia, I think it is her favorite.:D

I had egg with cabbage this morning, then I had cheese with veggies for lunch, for dinner, I had chicken with veggies.:)

So far I loss 11lbs. since my first post. Happy with the results except for the fact that I cannot DRINK wine and mojitos.:((

I can't believe I almost forgot to input something today!

I received an email from my consultant today regarding the date of my next blood test.
I also lost 2 inch of my waist and thighs. My arms remained the same and my chest also.

Had yogurt with apple for breakfast, beef with veggie for lunch and poultry with stir fried veggies for dinner.

Most of the time I don't feel hungry, maybe because of the water but it is really not allowed to skip any meal so, it doesn't matter.:( Feels like I'm gonna throw up..:)

Was planning to run with a friend tomorrow, if she'll be allowed to leave office early.

Why didn't I discover earlier that blogging will help me express my feelings and emotion, with or without follower? SIGH.

So, I had yogurt for breakfast, and now I am having peppered steak with veggies. I will message my consultant on when the next blood test will be.

I am planning to do some running, unfortunately I am BUSY. Will bring my daughter in doctor later then I have a class, earlier today I had the car cleaned, also I coordinated with the engineer because our floor suddenly popped, I attended to an interested buyer of the Pajero and I even attended to the interested buyer of the TV and the cellphones. What a long day! I am  having my lunch now. Will take a bath in a while then off to do more errands!:)

My partner, Dennis keeps on praising me.. He is so proud that I loss some inches off my bulky appearance. Keeps me motivated I must say.:)

Had yogurt with fruits for breakfast at 8:30am today, so I will have my lunch around 2 in the afternoon. I guess I will not be joining my family again for lunch.:(

Should I be writing personal inputs here aside from my weight issues? Er, I am not sure, well it is hard to write when there are some thoughts running your inside your head. While I am writing this, I've decided that yea, I shouldn't bore you with dilemmas, instead I should motivate you (if you are trying/ planning to lose weight) or share with you the struggles I am into as I try to lose weight and stick with Cohen's program.

I will have beef for lunch! Yey!:)

Had my yogurt this morning and will cook chicken for lunch, chicken for dinner. Chicken again for lunch tomorrow.:)

Will weigh some food now I'm going to bring them somewhere out there!

Hola! I started cohen's last friday, I am exactly 6 days on this diet today and I lost 7lbs.:) That is what's keeping me motivated. That is the reason why I am still pushing this yogurt down my system. I am having yogurt with apple now.:)

2 glasses of water down already -- as of 7:44am. Way to go!:)

It is a rainy day today and I am planning to have chicken tinola, cohen style for lunch and if it's still raining in the evening, I might have beef nilaga, cohen style for dinner, yey!

Howdee everybody? I had chicken and veggie for lunch, yogurt for breakfast and I am planning to cook beef in a while.

I feel light but I noticed that my tummy is still huge..:( When is it going to flatten out??

I had a long day today so I'll call it a day after I had my dinner.. Happy BER month! Christmas is fast approaching. <3
