I've been researching on what recipe to put here, so anyway, there is none.;) The morning banana diet came from Japan, it is so easy that you only need to eat Banana/s in the morning, then you can eat anything by lunch and dinner. But, you can only drink water and can have dinner not later than 8pm.:) The diet claims to reduce weight by 20 lbs. in a week! So, good luck and start hoarding bananas now!
